ARTICLE 3. CONTACT FORMS

The data collected via the contact forms allow ADY Energy to respond to your requests. You have a right of access to the data processed and you can obtain its rectification or exercise your right of opposition by contacting ADY Energy via our contact form.

ARTICLE 4. PRIVACY POLICY

4.2 Why we collect this data

Communication by newsletters, invoicing, customer contact following requests for the provision of services, monitoring of user behavior on the site, etc.

4.3 Data retention time

This data will be kept for a quote request for the time it takes to draw up this quote if no follow-up is given, i.e. a maximum of 30 days, if a follow-up is given and the file is entrusted to ADY Energy, the data will be kept for 5 years from the last order or the end of the mission.
